By creating an Event Listing on this website you agree any information supplied or provided by you, directly or indirectly, attached to your Event Listing on this website may be selected as a Featured Event on a week-by-week basis following external advice from 1) Industry Services Representative 2) Destination PR Services Representative 3) Seasonality. To be classified as a Featured Event it must meet one or more criteria: 1) Bring more than $AUD 500 thousand to the Cassowary Coast economy 2) Expect to attract 5,000 attendees or more 3) Feature five or more other local businesses 4) Be sponsored by or partnered with Cassowary Coast Regional Council.
10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, CCT (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of your use of the Website.
11. CCT may need to collect your personal information in order to allow you to submit Content and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
