KURRIMINE BEACH
WHERE YOU CAN WALK TO THE REEF
Kurrimine Beach offers a seaside holiday the way it used to be. Only 10 kilometres from the Bruce Highway, yet untouched by major development, it has absolute beachfront accommodation in front of a glorious, long stretch of sand. Choose from a resort, caravan parks with cabins and campsites, motels, and holiday rentals. The charming village boasts a winery, beachfront pub, cafe, post office, petrol station, general store, and a laid-back atmosphere.
ACTIVITIES
Kurrimine Beach is one of the closest beaches to the Great Barrier Reef – we are so close that we can walk out to explore King Reef on very low tides.
AN UNSPOLT TROPICAL DESTINATION
The quiet, long, beach is the main attraction and it’s here that you can see Manta Rays trawling the beach shallows and turtles coming in to nest.
FISHING
At low tide, you'll see these old cane farm tractors in action launching or retrieving boats.
